Job Description
Lead Cleaner supports Facilities & Maintenance operations by coordinating daily cleaning activities and ensuring quality, safety, and client requirements are met.

- Coordinate and assign cleaning tasks to cleaners.
- Inspect work areas to verify cleaning quality and compliance.
- Operate floor care and cleaning equipment.
- Respond to special cleaning requests and adjust priorities as needed.
- Train, coach, and guide cleaners on proper cleaning methods and expectations.
- Model safety practices and uphold professionalism, respect, inclusion, and service.
- Hands-on cleaning experience and ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality standards.
- Ability to lead and support a team through training and task coordination.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance requirements.
- Good communication and customer-focused service mindset.
