Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with AI to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade cloud-native applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS cloud services, and Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs).

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, high-performance applications and integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build, deploy, and support cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Develop AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions using LLMs and Generative AI services.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications through REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Implement secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performance technical solutions following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, scalability, and production issues.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to enterprise development standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive knowledge of Microservices architecture and enterprise application development.
• Experience developing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI assistants, chatbots, or workflow automation.
• Proficiency in REST API development and integration.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and enterprise system integration.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience participating in technical design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience and Qualifications

• 9+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/GenAI-based solutions in enterprise environments.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• No specific certifications required.
