- Design and implement REST APIs, SOAP services, batch processes, and cloud-based integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead integration efforts involving Claims Adjudication, Eligibility, Benefits, Provider Management, and Payment Processing.
- Support Facets modules, including Membership, Claims, Benefits, and Provider.
- Review technical designs, code, and deployment strategies to ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
- Lead technical estimations, sprint planning, and release management activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams and conduct technical reviews.
- Coordinate testing, UAT support, deployment validation, and post-production monitoring.
