Junior Automation Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade automation workflows to support mission-critical operations.

• Lead process discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Manage the full automation lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and production monitoring.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and data-handling standards.

• Mentor team members and contribute to the maturity of internal development standards and governance practices.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, with 2–4 years of professional experience.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in automation development, specifically using industry-standard RPA platforms.

• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (such as .NET or C#) and experience working with relational databases and SQL.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and integrate with enterprise APIs.
