Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of cloud services in line with company policies and protocols.
• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues and resolve system outages.
• Implement security measures to protect data and cloud resources from unauthorized access.
• Document cloud architecture and workflows to facilitate ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in planning and execution of cloud migration projects.
• Provide technical support and training for internal staff regarding cloud tools and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven understanding of cloud computing concepts and services, preferably with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
