Job Responsibilities

• Support system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting of cloud services and on-premises solutions.
• Help in the automation of deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Conduct regular updates, patching, and maintenance of cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
• Document system configurations and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Engage in incident response and support, troubleshooting issues as they arise in cloud operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Basic experience with virtualization technologies and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
