Overview

Team Remotely Inc. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Cloud Systems Engineer to join our innovative technical team. In this role, you will actively participate in the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure and services. As a Junior Cloud Systems Engineer, you will work under the supervision of senior engineers, supporting various cloud initiatives and projects, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in cloud technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of cloud services and infrastructure.
• Support the monitoring and maintenance of cloud systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting cloud environments.
• Participate in the documentation of cloud architecture, processes, and configurations.
• Contribute to the automation of deployments and system management tasks using scripts and tools.
• Conduct basic performance testing and report metrics to assist in decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts and services.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols.
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
