Overview

HireMeFast LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in maintaining and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, improve system performance, and automate processes to enhance our development and deployment workflows. You will collaborate closely with software development and IT operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and methodologies into our existing systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and integrate new software/tools.
• Implement and manage configuration management tools to ensure consistent environments.
• Support cloud services and assist with environment provisioning and management.
• Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a DevOps or IT operations role, preferably in a cloud environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
