Job Responsibilities

• Help develop and maintain system documentation, including runbooks and process guides.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to drive improvements in infrastructure and application performance.
• Engage in capacity planning and system scaling exercises as directed by senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Linux/Unix administration and system performance tuning.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Understanding of cloud computing principles and services, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
