Job Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring systems to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Participate in on-call rotation and assist in incident response and resolution efforts.
• Document standard operating procedures and configurations for existing systems and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and their administration.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Technologies & Tools
