Patterned Learning Career is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving issues in real-time.
• Participate in incident response efforts, diagnosing and providing solutions to system outages.
• Automate routine tasks and improve current processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are designed for reliability and scalability.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes, incidents, and infrastructure changes.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new services and applications.
• Support system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal impact on end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and command-line interfaces.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing services, ideally AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
