Job Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical incidents as needed.
• Document system configurations, processes, and incidents for knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of system architecture best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Linux-based operating systems and command-line tools.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
