• Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify and rectify service disruptions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and best practices.
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of SLAs for services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and basic system administration commands.
• Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose problems effectively.

Technologies & Tools

The Junior Site Reliability Engineer will be working with a variety of technologies and tools that may include cloud-native tools, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration platforms (such as Kubernetes), monitoring and logging solutions, as well as configuration management tools.
