Job Responsibilities

• Participate in incident management, including troubleshooting and outage resolution.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, processes, and best practices.
• Contribute to on-call rotations, providing support and resolving issues during off-hours as needed.
• Assist in capacity planning, monitoring resource utilization, and forecasting future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of application deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).
