Key Account Manager, West

Regional Key Account Manager — West

An RTD brand is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to drive large-format and grocery-chain growth throughout the Western region. This person will own strategic retailer relationships while expanding distribution, displays, ad placement, promotional support and incremental floor space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies for large-format and grocery customers throughout the West
• Build relationships with regional buyers and key customer decision-makers
• Expand distribution, shelf presence, displays and promotional support
• Create retail programming that increases velocity and strengthens brand visibility
• Analyze account performance, pricing, product mix, profitability and competitive activity
• Build customer presentations supported by sales and market data
• Forecast volume and identify growth opportunities across existing and prospective accounts
• Partner with Sales Strategy, Marketing and field teams to strengthen retail execution
• Manage a broad multi-state territory with a high level of ownership and autonomy

Candidate Profile

• Beer, malt beverage or RTD sales experience
• Established relationships with large-format and grocery buyers across the Western region
• Proven success securing distribution, displays, promotional programming and incremental floor space
• Strong record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets
• Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation and account-planning skills
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful and highly execution-oriented
• Comfortable managing a geographically broad territory within a lean growth company

• Southern California strongly preferred
• Exceptional candidates elsewhere in the West may be considered
• Regional travel required
• $100K–$130K base salary plus bonus
