Job Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines leveraging Google Cloud Platform tools and Kubernetes best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and deploy containerized applications.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues within Kubernetes environments.
• Automate operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies within the cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on cloud and Kubernetes technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Kubernetes and containerization.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
