Lead Automation Tester

Lead Automation Tester - Remote

***This position requires U.S. Citizenship due to security clearance requirement**

• Strong background in building and maintaining automated test solutions using Playwright.
• Experience creating and executing end-to-end, API, and regression automation as part of modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on exposure to performance and load testing, including test design, execution, monitoring, and analysis using tools such as JMeter and Playwright.
• Ability to evaluate test results, identify application or system performance issues, and recommend practical improvements.
• Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams and partnering closely with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Experience integrating automated testing into deployment pipelines and supporting continuous testing practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to investigate failures across UI, API, and performance testing layers.
