Overview

BEX Realty is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead DevOps/SRE Engineer to join our remote team. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software deployments.
• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, focusing on scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to enable DevOps practices and implement necessary tools.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, and develop strategies for incident response and resolution.
• Lead efforts in automating repetitive tasks and improving system reliability.
• Conduct thorough assessments and provide recommendations on infrastructure improvements.
• Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance standards across all operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with containerization technology (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems.
