- Lead and mentor a team of Direct Support Professionals.
- Coordinate shift activities to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
- Perform medication administration, documentation, and crisis response.
- Maintain safety and regulatory standards.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to provide personalized support with compassion.
- Knowledge of medication procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
