About The Role

As a Lead Full Stack .NET . React Native developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and supporting scalable mobile and web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, technical leaders, product owners, and cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

In This Role, You Will

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React Native, .NET APIs, TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile and backend solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leadership to design and implement enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams while promoting engineering best practices and quality standards.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position 3 days in the office and 2 Remote requiring attendance at a client office in Seattle, WA based on project needs. What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• 8+ years of software development experience with full-stack application development.
• Strong hands-on experience developing mobile applications using React Native.
• Extensive experience building and supporting.NET APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions using OpenTelemetry.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed application environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and technical mentoring skills.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to performance and applicable plan terms.
