Role Description The License Plumber/Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area. This role oversees plumbing projects from planning through completion, including installing, maintaining, and repairing piping, fixtures, and related systems for residential and commercial properties. The individual will lead a crew, assign tasks, ensure work follows plans and codes, and perform hands-on plumbing work such as pipe fitting, troubleshooting, and system testing. Daily responsibilities include reading blueprints, coordinating with project managers and inspectors, tracking materials and time, and maintaining a safe, organized job site. The License Plumber/Foreman also interacts directly with customers to explain work performed, address concerns, and ensure a professional service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong plumbing knowledge and hands-on experience with Plumbing systems and Pipe installation and fittings.
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service, including clear communication and respectful interaction on-site.
• Valid plumbing license for the state of Louisiana and demonstrated experience as a lead plumber or foreman.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications, and apply local codes and regulations.
• Experience supervising field teams, scheduling work, and coordinating with contractors, inspectors, and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
