Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a home health or outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.
