- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans and ensure patient safety
- Current LPN licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
