Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Senior Living Healthcare
Provide compassionate, personalized clinical care that enhances residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life within senior living communities.

- Deliver direct nursing care and support individualized resident wellness needs.
- Monitor vital signs, observe health changes, and report concerns promptly.
- Administer medications and perform routine nursing treatments per care plans.
- Assist with clinical documentation and maintain accurate resident records.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and caregivers to support continuity of care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
- Active LPN license in the applicable state.
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-focused healthcare team.
- Commitment to safety, dignity, and respectful care.
