- Perform resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications and perform ordered treatments
- Document nursing care accurately and timely
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
- Communicate with residents and families regarding health needs
- Educate residents on health-related topics and self-care
- Current LPN licensure (as required by location)
- Strong clinical assessment, medication, and treatment skills
- Sound documentation and communication abilities
- Compassionate, mission-driven approach to resident care
- Commitment to integrity, respect, diversity, and continuous learning
