Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Linux and Windows server environments for optimal performance and reliability.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in compliance with company policies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Implement security measures and monitor systems for potential vulnerabilities or breaches.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and IT staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, preferably in Linux and Windows environments.
• Strong understanding of server hardware, networking concepts, and cloud services.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) is a plus.
