Mon - Thurs, 40 hrs/week -- 9 am - 6 pm Mon, 8 am - 5 pm T/W, 7 am - 4 pm Thurs
18 - 25 patients per day -- all ages, peds to geriatric
Outpatient FQHC clinic setting -- rural community
EMR: OCHIN or EPIC
Family med exp required -- chronic health, diabetes, hypertension, asthma
Women's health required -- IUDs and/or Nexplanon placement
MAT waiver helpful -- addiction treatment support
Spanish bilingual preferred, not required
We provide complimentary housing and travel
We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
