  • Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain accurate, real-time records of calibration tools and equipment inventory in the field, including locations, operational status, and availability.
  • Compliance & Standards: Maintain Solar Array, Mechanisms, and Batteries 5S standards and ensure continuous area compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the primary logistics point of contact across departments, maintaining clear communication regarding equipment availability, schedules, and potential delays.
  • Logging & Cost Tracking: Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and shipping costs.
  • On-Site Field Support: Travel to customer sites or company events when required to support equipment setup, handoff, or retrieval.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Industry Background: Experience working within a robotics, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or hardware manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with asset tracking systems, spreadsheets, and project management tools.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills—comfortable liaising across internal teams and external vendor partners.
  • Shipping Knowledge: Familiarity with international shipping regulations, processes, and legacy management systems.
