Are you a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production running?

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot CNC equipment, forklifts, welders, cranes, hoists, trailers, and facility equipment at our growing structural steel manufacturing operation.

If you have strong mechanical aptitude, electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and production equipment
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance
• Maintain forklifts, welders, trailers, and company vehicles
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
• Perform facility maintenance and repairs
• Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance concerns
• Maintain maintenance logs and inspection records
• Work closely with Production and Operations teams to minimize downtime
• Help improve equipment reliability and shop efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, or Maintenance Technician
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience working in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial, or heavy equipment environments
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs

• CNC machine maintenance
• 3-phase electrical systems up to 480V
• Crane and hoist repair
• Forklift repair
• Welder repair
• Diesel equipment maintenance
• Hydraulics and motor controls
• Structural steel or heavy manufacturing environments
