Duration : 12+ months ( possibility of extension & conversion )

Pay Range : $54 to $55/hr.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in preventive maintenance, and a background in regulated manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance and janitorial staff, including union employees.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and improve reliability.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, EPA, and other applicable safety regulations.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate timely repairs to minimize production disruptions.
• Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
• Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upgrades, and plant improvements.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and equipment layout optimization.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure proper handling of hazardous and nonhazardous materials.
