Manager, Business Systems

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the business systems infrastructure of an innovative, fast-growing consumer electronics company focused on sustainability, modularity, and product longevity. In this hands-on technical leadership role, you will oversee the systems and integrations that power finance, e-commerce, operations, and supply chain activities. You will take end-to-end ownership of NetSuite while ensuring seamless connectivity across commerce platforms, logistics partners, payment providers, and financial tools. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will build scalable, reliable, and well-controlled business processes that support continued growth. You will also champion the responsible use of AI coding agents to accelerate development while maintaining rigorous standards for testing, security, and production reliability.
