  • Lead complex logistical elements for experiential programs, including in-person event management, production, brand and talent coordination, ticketing, technology integration, and vendor oversight.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive event activities, elements, and marketing plans across various channels such as creative, digital, in-store, and customer service, ensuring brand consistency and impactful messaging.
  • Contribute significantly to the experiential vision for each event environment, aligning creative execution with business goals, company culture, and overarching marketing initiatives.
  • Translate business priorities and consumer insights into actionable experiential marketing strategies, briefing internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling visual creative and marketing messages.
  • Coordinate and participate in thorough post-event analysis, including attendance feedback, internal partner insights, and other key ROI metrics, to inform future strategies and company records.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-7 years of robust event management experience.

  • Proven expertise in event marketing, including sourcing, meticulous planning, flawless execution, and comprehensive evaluation of programs within tight deadlines.
  • Superior capabilities in managing client and vendor relationships.
  • A creative, self-starting mindset with a positive, can-do attitude and a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to challenges.
  • A personable and flexible demeanor, capable of adapting to demands and changes in an extremely fast-moving business environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-40% of the time, including select weekends, to support event execution.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in an agency setting.
  • Background in the beauty, fashion, and/or retail industries.
