Manager of Financial Reporting

The Manager of Financial Reporting is responsible for the preparation of the Company’s complete filings (10-Q & 10-K) with the SEC, including the preparation of various notes to the financial statements. This includes ActiveDisclosure system administration and review of XBRL tagging. Additionally, this individual is responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-to-date internal financial statements.

This role will also support ad hoc requests to prepare/review various investor relations presentations, including the preparation of the quarterly “Non-GAAP” slides. This role also works with operating companies to coordinate the posting of bi-annual pension accounting entries and the annual review of definite lived intangible assets. This role also functions as the corporate lease accounting expert including LeaseAccelerator system administration and provides support to operating companies related to questions in this area.

In addition, this role is expected to lead and participate in various “continuous improvement” projects, with the goal of enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Department’s processes.
