In this leadership role, you will manage and develop a specialized team building software tools that extend Autodesk Revit and streamline engineering, design, BIM, and commissioning workflows. You will oversee people development, workforce planning, team performance, and the operational systems that enable sustainable software delivery. Working closely with technical leaders, architects, product owners, and project managers, you will help translate complex engineering needs into reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions. You will also strengthen deployment readiness, technical support, and productization capabilities as selected tools evolve beyond internal use.
