Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or applications engineering.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies.
• Proficient in CAD software and familiar with PLM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
