Marketing & Brand Ambassador — Hutsenpiller Insurance
Location: Mt. Juliet, Tennessee
About The Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being the face of our agency. This role is part relationship-builder and part content creator. You'll be out in the community one day and building our digital presence the next.
What You'll Do
Community and referral partnerships: Represent Hutsenpiller Insurance in the community. You'll visit referral partners and relationship accounts, deliver gifts and thank-yous, and keep those partnerships warm and active.
Community events: Coordinate and run our presence at local events. For example, if we're sponsoring a golf tournament, you'll set up and host our booth, manage the day, and make sure we show up well.
Social media: Own our presence on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. That means creating content, keeping a consistent posting schedule, and driving real engagement.
Website and content: Manage our existing website and write regular blog content that reflects our brand and helps people find us.
Review management: Help the agency earn new Google reviews and monitor the ones that come in. You'll respond to each review and follow up on anything that needs action.
Email marketing: Manage our bulk email communications to prospects and clients, from building the sends to keeping the messaging consistent with our brand.
Travel: This role involves regular driving around the area to visit partners, make deliveries, and attend events, so a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required. We cover all fuel costs.

What We're Looking For
- Comfort with AI tools, especially Claude
- Experience with HubSpot, which our systems are built on
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Someone genuinely comfortable walking into a room and representing a brand
