Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead integrated member engagement programs from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization. This role turns business priorities, audience needs, market dynamics, and performance insights into marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

You will partner across a highly matrixed organization to build alignment, navigate operational and regulatory requirements, and improve member experiences through data-informed marketing decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies and annual plans supporting member experience, digital adoption, retention, revenue, and performance goals.
  • Own end-to-end member engagement programs, including prioritization, execution, measurement, optimization, and leadership reporting.
  • Lead complex, multi-channel communications across creative, digital, analytics, operations, production, and business teams.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, approvals, risks, and delivery expectations.
  • Define campaign objectives, success metrics, and measurement plans; use insights to improve audience, channel, experience, and investment decisions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on engagement approaches, communications, member-facing content, and data needs.
  • Influence stakeholders and build alignment across competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
  • Ensure initiatives are accurate, member-centered, operationally feasible, and compliant with applicable requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance through segmentation, personalization, testing, automation, digital capabilities, and process optimization.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive direct-to-consumer marketing experience, including campaign strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Experience translating customer needs and performance data into measurable marketing strategies and programs.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-channel campaigns or customer engagement initiatives.
  • Strong experience with campaign objectives, success metrics, measurement plans, and performance-based decision-making.
  • Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent strategic communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, timelines, dependencies, approvals, and risks with accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management tools, with an aptitude for learning new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing experience in healthcare, Medicare, financial services, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with segmentation, personalization, testing, digital engagement, and campaign analytics.
  • Comfort operating independently, navigating ambiguity, and making sound recommendations with incomplete information.
  • Experience using AI, automation, or emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, workflow efficiency, or decision-making.
  • Experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
