Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager at First Pacific Financial. 🌎

Our strategy is set. We need the person who makes it real.

You’ll own our marketing engine across the firm: HubSpot, campaigns, events, social, our website, and brand standards. You’ll direct outside agencies and roll up your sleeves to create the work yourself.

You bring:

✅ 4+ years of marketing experience (financial services or regulated industry preferred)

✅ Hands-on HubSpot and design tool skills (Canva or Adobe)

✅ A track record of owning email campaigns and events start to finish

✅ Comfort with AI tools and a habit of automating the routine

We’re a B Corp Certified RIA with offices in Vancouver, Portland, Seattle, Bellevue, and Juneau.
