Job Description
About Studiosity
Studiosity is the global leader in providing pedagogy-first AI. We work with universities in 14 countries to support students' learning journeys, and to validate student submissions. Our focus is the student and the educator, not the technology. We have been headquartered in Sydney, Australia for 22 years, and entered the US market in 2025.
The role
This role takes our North American marketing to scale. You'll own executive engagement and qualified lead generation across the region, with a focus on the United States.
Higher education leaders are asking hard questions about AI and what it means for learning. Responsible for many educators and students, they need to make careful, evidence-based decisions, but also manage the current crisis in an age of AI. Studiosity's solution for supporting educators with learning assurance, is built for this moment. Your job is to make sure the right leaders hear it: provosts, deans, CIOs and vice presidents of student success.
You'll work within a global brand and messaging framework led from Sydney, and you'll own the results and content directed to your region.
What you'll own
- Qualified executive leads, and their progression to sales opportunities, against a quarterly target
- Measurable return on your allocated North American marketing budget
- A growing, engaged audience of senior higher education leaders across North America
- Studiosity's visibility in the US conversation on learning, assessment and AI
- Growth in organic traffic and inbound enquiries from North American institutions
- Case studies and proof points from North American partners, against annual targets
- North American content that earns its place in the global program
- An agreed lead definition and handoff process with the VP North America
- Clear reporting on what each channel contributes to pipeline
In your first year
A consistent monthly flow of qualified executive leads to target, and an audience and content program that scales in step with the global brand.
What you bring
- 10+ years in B2B marketing, with ownership of lead targets and budget
- A track record of building an organic audience among senior professionals on LinkedIn and other digital channels, supported by paid where it earns its place
- Strong writing and editorial judgment, and the discipline to publish on a schedule
- Experience engaging senior audiences in considered, multi-stakeholder decisions (enterprise SaaS, government, healthcare, professional services or higher education)
- Working knowledge of marketing automation and attribution
- Commercial judgment, and the confidence to reallocate spend based on results
- Market entry or scale-up experience is a strong advantage
- Higher education experience is useful but not required. If you've built credibility with expert, senior audiences, you'll learn the sector quickly.
How we work
You'll report to the SVP North America and work closely with our Global Director, Brand, Marketing, Student Experience & ESG in Sydney, who leads brand and messaging globally. Each region contributes locally relevant content to a shared global calendar and draws on content from the others. The role is remote within the US, with some travel and regular afternoon/evening calls with Sydney.
Compensation
$100,000 base salary with Insurance benefits and 401k matching.
To apply
Send your résumé and a one-page note describing a program you led that grew an audience and generated qualified leads: the goal, the budget, the channels, what you changed along the way, and the result.
