We combine premium dark chocolate with research-backed ingredients at studied doses, turning everyday health routines into a guilty pleasure ritual. The role

We're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial MBA intern to work directly alongside the founder and help bring BOMA to market.

This isn't a traditional internship. We're a very early-stage company, which means you'll have real responsibility, significant autonomy, and the opportunity to shape how the business develops.

You'll act as an extension of the founder, taking ownership of projects across marketing, growth, brand development, operations, and launch strategy.

One day you might be developing our influencer marketing strategy; the next, researching potential partnerships, coordinating with suppliers, or building our go-to-market plan.

We're looking for someone who enjoys turning ideas into action and is comfortable operating in an environment where not everything has been figured out yet.

Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Brand Development

• Help develop and execute BOMA's marketing strategy.
• Build and manage influencer, creator, and brand partnership outreach.
• Support social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.
• Research competitors, consumer trends, and opportunities in wellness and functional foods.
• Help build a distinctive brand presence ahead of launch.

2. Go-to-Market & Product Launch

• Take ownership of key workstreams for our US launch.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and pre-launch community-building initiatives.
• Coordinate launch timelines, deliverables, and external partners.
• Explore creative launch activations, collaborations, and PR opportunities.
• Help build and optimize our e-commerce and customer experience.

3. Strategy & Business Development

• Identify potential strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analyze growth opportunities.
• Support pricing, unit economics, and business planning.
• Evaluate new marketing channels and commercial initiatives.
• Help translate strategic ideas into actionable projects.

4. Founder's Office & Special Projects

• Work directly with the founder on the company's highest-priority initiatives.
• Independently lead projects from concept through execution.
• Coordinate with external agencies, manufacturers, designers, and other partners.
• Build processes and systems that help the company operate efficiently.
• Jump into whatever needs to get done to move the business forward.

Who we're looking for

• Currently pursuing an MBA or recently graduated from a leading business school.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action.
• Interest in consumer brands, wellness, e-commerce, and startups.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker who can also execute and deliver results.
• Comfortable working independently with limited structure.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in marketing, startups, consulting, consumer goods, or e-commerce is a plus.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and is genuinely excited about building something from the ground up.
