Company Description Hope Speaks is a mental health clinic serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area, offering both in-person and virtual care for individuals of all ages. The clinic provides comprehensive services from psychiatric medical professionals, licensed therapists, and life coaches. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Assistant role based in Richardson, TX. The Medical Assistant will support psychiatric providers with patient care, clinical documentation, and daily office operations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced mental health setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical assisting, preferably in psychiatric outpatient settings.
• Knowledge of patient care and an understanding of medical terminology.
• Experience maintaining medical records and accurate clinical documentation.
• Medical Assistant certification or diploma preferred; eligibility for certification is a plus.
• Ability to interact with patients in a warm, compassionate, and professional manner.
• Commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive patient care.
