Driver/Customer Service Technician – Menominee, MI $19-20 per hour plus bonus opportunity!

Looking for a rewarding healthcare role where you can help people every day? We’re hiring a Customer Service Technician in Menominee, MI to deliver and set up medical equipment and provide excellent patient service.

Deliver and set up medical equipment, oxygen, and healthcare supplies in patients’ homes.
Provide friendly customer service and patient support in person and over the phone.
Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use of equipment.
Complete delivery paperwork and assist with patient intake and insurance verification.
Drive locally to patient homes and maintain a safe, clean vehicle.
High school diploma/GED and valid driver’s license required.
Healthcare, DME, medical equipment, delivery, or customer service experience is a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. and work independently.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED.
Clean Driving Record.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
Healthcare, medical equipment, or medical terminology experience is a plus.
Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning how medical equipment works.
