Cox Behavioral Health is growing, and we're looking for dedicated mental health professionals to join our Jacksonville team.

We're seeking Florida-licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns (RMHCI) who are passionate about delivering quality care in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome both independently licensed clinicians and qualified registered interns who demonstrate:

• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and professionalism

• Experience or interest in treating adults, adolescents, couples, and families

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, or other effective therapeutic interventions

• Ability to develop strong therapeutic relationships with a diverse client population

• Commitment to ethical practice, timely clinical documentation, and quality client care

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork

Experience treating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, and life transitions is a plus.

Position Details

📍 Location: Jacksonville, Florida

🏠 Work Arrangement: Hybrid — In-Person and Telehealth

💼 Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

💰 Compensation: $45–$65 per completed session, based on credentials and experience

📅 Expected Caseload: 15–25 completed sessions per week

🎓 Supervision: Qualified clinical supervision provided for registered interns
