MGF OTM Sr Process expert

The Process Expert will support the execution, testing, and deployment of Oracle Transportation Management System (OTMS) within the Global Service Centre (GSC). The role focuses on accurate process execution, data quality, troubleshooting operational challenges, and end-to-end process integration. Working closely with the Project Team, Global Process Leads, and other stakeholders, the individual will contribute to successful system implementation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day OTMS processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks while meeting defined KPIs and operational targets.
• Work independently as an individual contributor, taking ownership of daily deliverables and operational responsibilities.
• Identify process gaps, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend practical, solution-oriented improvements.
• Understand end-to-end (E2E) process flows and dependencies, including process mapping, IOP/SOP creation, horizontal process integration, and document management.
• Support project analysis and coordinate data inputs from colleagues to facilitate successful parallel runs, testing, and deployment of Oracle TMS within the GSC.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of customer and vendor master data, as well as standard material codes.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of files, process flows, data flows, reporting capabilities, and control effectiveness.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate testing and process-related challenges to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
• Provide feedback and improvement suggestions to enhance user experience, system usability, process efficiency, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Project Team and Global Process Leads (GPLs) to align on KPIs, process guidelines, and operational directions.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in OTMS execution and operational processing.
• Hands-on experience in process execution, troubleshooting, and meeting operational KPIs.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes, process documentation, data quality, and testing activities.
  
  

Work Environment

• The role follows a night-shift schedule to support business and project requirements.
• This is an office-based position requiring regular on-site collaboration with the team.
