The Senior Application Software Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications to support the company's technology initiatives in the financial services industry. This person will serve as the lead of their off shore team.

Description

• Develop and maintain software applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Test and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Document application designs, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them when appropriate.

Profile

• Must have experience developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using web technologies such as Node.js, React, and SQL. Focus on building reliable, scalable, and userfriendly solutions for business needs.
• Must have previous lead or management experiene OR enough technical depth and aptitude to step into a lead function.
• Plusses would be experience leveraging Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to build automated solutions that optimize business workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance efficiency.
