Job Overview

Phoenix Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mid Level DevOps Engineer to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and continuous deployment of software. You will collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to automate processes and improve system reliability and performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate and optimize software development processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and architect solutions to support scalable and stable applications.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and reliability across multiple environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implement logging and monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Technologies & Tools

In this role, you will work with a variety of technologies and tools, including but not limited to Jenkins for CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration, AWS services for cloud infrastructure, and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
