What you'll do

• Develop realistic military-operations reporting examples and scenarios that can be used to train AI

• Evaluate AI-generated reports for correct military terminology, readable prose, and sound reporting procedures

• Judge whether AI has combined inputs from different teams and staff sections into a useful product for senior military or DoD leadership

• Record precise written feedback covering weekly activity, status, performance, and after-action reports

Who this is for

• At least three years in the U.S. Department of Defense, serving as a uniformed service member, a DoD civilian, or both

• Have direct experience producing recurring reports and executive updates for senior military or DoD leadership

• Fluent English, with strong written communication skills

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $40–$80 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
