Come work with me! The Asian American Federation is hiring a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager to build the evidence behind our advocacy for Asian New Yorkers.
I am biased, but we are a team of fun and ambitious people doing meaningful policy work in the most consequential city in the world.
You would lead the design and rollout of our impact measurement framework and run program evaluations from start to finish. If you have at least five years of hands-on evaluation experience and want your work to shape real decisions, I would love to hear from you.
