Roles & Responsibilities

· Define end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

· Provide technical leadership to development teams and review solution designs, customizations, integrations, and code.

· Design and oversee integrations with enterprise systems using Azure services, APIs, and middleware platforms.

· Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices for CRM delivery.

· Lead data migration, security, performance optimization, and application lifecycle management activities.

· Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and support successful project delivery.

· Mentor technical teams and promote innovation through Power Platform, AI, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.

Agentic AI Responsibilities

· Define and execute the AI strategy for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

· Architect and implement AI agents using Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Copilot, and Azure OpenAI.

· Deliver AI-driven automation solutions targeting measurable improvements in productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

· Lead AI innovation initiatives, PoCs, and enterprise-scale deployments.

· Establish governance, security, and Responsible AI standards for all AI solutions.

· Mentor teams on agentic AI architecture, prompting strategies, and AI best practices.

· Drive adoption of AI capabilities with measurable business outcomes, including reduced manual effort, faster case resolution, and improved user satisfaction.
