Job Overview

GuruNanda is seeking an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead to lead the development, integration, optimization, and support of its global NetSuite ERP ecosystem. This hands-on role requires strong technical expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, NetSuite OneWorld, and integrations with high-volume B2C e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace.

The ideal candidate will combine NetSuite development and administration expertise with a strong understanding of finance, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, warehouse operations, and global business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementation transitions, system stabilization, production support, release management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live optimization.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions, including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, and Suitelet scripts.
• Own end-to-end integrations between NetSuite OneWorld and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace.
• Design scalable omnichannel order management workflows, including subsidiary mapping, intercompany transactions, currency conversion, and tax management.
• Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, forms, and business processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to improve ERP functionality and operational efficiency.
• Manage implementation partners, external consultants, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of ERP initiatives.
• Establish governance for change management, documentation, access controls, release management, enhancement requests, and ongoing system support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to technical defects, business processes, data quality, system integrations, and user training.
• Ensure system reliability, data integrity, financial accuracy, and compliance with applicable internal controls.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, ERP consulting, business systems, or enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting and enhancing NetSuite in a live production environment.
• Advanced development experience with SuiteScript 2.x.
• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or similar B2C e-commerce platforms.
• Extensive experience with NetSuite OneWorld, including:
• Multi-subsidiary environments.
• Intercompany transactions.
• Consolidated financial reporting.
• Multi-currency management.
• Tax configuration and management.
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), receiving, reporting, and financial controls.
• Experience leading UAT, release management, technical documentation, and cross-functional business initiatives.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or high-volume e-commerce environments.
• Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse operations.
• Experience with three-way matching, item master governance, and source-to-pay processes.
• Familiarity with RF-SMART and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Hands-on experience with Celigo, Boomi, or other Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations.
• Experience supporting SOX-compliant processes, financial governance, and audit controls.
